Compliance training – putting you and your managers in control

Compliance training is often seen as L&D’s unwanted load. It isn’t fun. Nobody wants to do it, and yet it’s essential for the organisation. The usual result: a struggle to get learners hitting completion rates while managers remain unsure whether or not their teams are compliant. In the past, this was the experience of University College London Hospital (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust. Compliance rates fluctuated around 70%, against a target of 90%. In 2014 UCLH switched to a Totara, open-source LMS and began to change people’s experience of crucial compliance training. The impact was considerable. Two years later, completion rates were at a record 96% over 20 subjects. Join this webinar to learn how UCLH achieved this dramatic turn around.
