What do executives really think of L&D? How do they think workforce development contributes to the bottom line? Where are they focusing their training? In June 2014, leading global research organization the Economist Intelligence Unit conducted some exclusive research for CrossKnowledge, asking 295 C-level executives world-wide about workforce development and its relationship to business outcomes. The results make essential reading for everyone in L&D. If you believe you know how your company approaches L&D at the highest level, you’ll think again after attending this webinar. Join this webinar to learn the answer to key questions around L&D at the highest level, including:

  • Do C-levels executives actually care about training?
  • How the 2020 workforce will differ from today’s.
  • The big shift coming in development strategies
  • Where the major risks lie for training
  • Which training strategies have worked best

Making personalized, collaborative learning a reality
Joel Hellermark, CEO & Founder, Sana Labs

Collaboration and personalisation are two trends that dominate contemporary thinking about workplace learning.

Collaborative learning involves synchronous, interactive live sessions with groups of learners, and is powered by social dynamics and community.

Personalization focuses on self-paced instruction that responds to the unique needs of every learner, and is powered and scaled by AI.

Is it possible to combine these two? According to Joel it is. In this session, he will explore what it means to combine these two approaches in entirely new ways—using social dynamics to increase engagement while responding to each learner’s needs to improve learning outcomes. Join us to explore the exciting possibilities of personalized, collaborative learning.
