The E-Learning Awards showcase some of the most recognisable, memorable, and life-changing e-learning worldwide.

They are internationally recognised and open to organisations of all sizes. The 2015 E-Learning Awards has received a record-breaking 400 entry registrations. Organisations large and small across the globe have entered. Entries were received from over 20 different countries worldwide and around 27% of registrations were from organisations based outside the UK.

As well as e-learning companies, entries came from healthcare, local authorities, membership and professional services, charities, HR & Training, retail and leisure, finance and legal, travel and transport, media, education and police and armed forces.

The long list will be published here in August. Shortlist Day - 7 September Our judges will be busy reviewing entries throughout August and we'll announce the shortlist live on Twitter on 7 September.  Make sure you're following @elearningawards to be the first to hear who has made it through to the second round.

Making personalized, collaborative learning a reality
Joel Hellermark, CEO & Founder, Sana Labs

Collaboration and personalisation are two trends that dominate contemporary thinking about workplace learning.

Collaborative learning involves synchronous, interactive live sessions with groups of learners, and is powered by social dynamics and community.

Personalization focuses on self-paced instruction that responds to the unique needs of every learner, and is powered and scaled by AI.

Is it possible to combine these two? According to Joel it is. In this session, he will explore what it means to combine these two approaches in entirely new ways—using social dynamics to increase engagement while responding to each learner’s needs to improve learning outcomes. Join us to explore the exciting possibilities of personalized, collaborative learning.
