Where is organisational learning heading? In this half an hour, Elliott Masie will chat with Don Taylor, answer questions from the online audience and explore what the future holds for learning at work.

As we move towards an always-wired economy, and as technology continues to get cheaper, more powerful and more widely accessible, what will the impact be on learning at work? And what other drivers are changing the way individuals learn today? How should learning professionals react to the impact of globalization, personalization and miniaturization?

Elliott is interrupting a break in Europe to be with us, so it’s a rare opportunity to pose some questions to the man who more than anyone has embodied the learning technology space since its inception.

Elliott Masie is a provocative, engaging and entertaining futurist, analyst and speaker - focused on the changing world of the workplace, learning and technology.

He is the editor of Learning TRENDS by Elliott Masie, an Internet newsletter read by over 52,000 business executives worldwide, and a regular columnist in professional publications, including CLO Magazine. He is the author of a dozen books, and is the convener of Learning 2015.

He heads The MASIE Center, a Saratoga Springs, NY think tank focused on how organizations can support learning and knowledge within the workforce. He leads the Learning CONSORTIUM, a coalition of 230 global organizations cooperating on the evolution of learning strategies, including CNN, Walmart, American Express, Farmers Insurance, Emirates Airline, Starbucks, General Electric and Fidelity Investments.
