We as a business are on what could be considered the 'digital transformation' journey and one of the areas that we are currently facing into is what our 'digital education' piece should look like. We currently have a number of individual standalone projects that from an L&D perspective deliver the specific 'digital' expectations of the project i.e. new ways of working, new systemic skills etc but I would be interested to know what others out there might have done with regard to an holistic approach to the digital skills & knowledge required within the business versus what current skills & knowledge reside within the business. Other than a standard 'needs' analysis' approach and/or some form of digital IQ survey/analysis - has anybody out there got any feedback from experience that may help??
