I am trying to find data/statistics around Game Based Learning. 

Is it on the rise? How big is it as a business? What is his position in a training mix (versus e-learning, versus traditional classical training, ...).

And what about off-line games (f.i. 'role playing' games in a physical environment and with tangibles) versus on-line game (where technology is the more prominent driver)?

Any ideas, links, etc are more than welcome.
