I've recently had to admit defeat in a transition from being a freelance elearning developer to being an elearning consultant.

I struggled with internal L&D teams who were only interested in output rather than outcomes. Box-tickers rather than individuals who wanted to see change.

Has anyone else ever struggled with this problem?
