Hi everyone,

I am about to embark on a piece of work for a Target Operating Model for our Learning Function. We have a number of current, fairly traditional roles defined with JDs such as business learning partners who face off to the verticals, learning designers and curriculum and programme managers in a central pool, facilitators and trainers etc.

I am keen to understand what future type roles and skillsets in L&D I should be considering as we re-engineer the function. I understand that it is of course, partly based on vision, business strategy and the size and scope of the organization; however I would be keen to understand how other larger MNCs are looking to adapt their L&D function, including whether HR is the right place to host us as it were.
