I'd like to add to this and poll people to ask if you have introduced or are looking to introduce social media in the workplace what industry are you in, what areas of your business do you support, what are you using and what stage you are at? I'll start:
T&D department supporting manufacturing and distribution activites
At present trialling Yammer within the T&D department
Working in the energy sector.
We have Jive but are looking at Yammer and the solution needs to cover the entire business. It's difficult to fit an out of the box solution to the needs of many learners across different specialisms!
