I'm looking for some resources / hints, tips and ideas on creating a Capability Plan. My question is how much learning time do staff require within the workplace for the Business to remain moving forward and maiantaining a world class brand?Currently we deliver approx 5 days worth of learning to staff over a year but this isvery formal and normall IT development programmes or mandatory HR skiils and knowledge sessions such as diversity.So are there any metrics on time that should be applied to this subject of being successful?See More
