"If possible use whatever systems you already have (let us know what you have - someone here is bound to have relevant experience!) I'd suggest keeping it out of the LMS if you can. If you want people to refer to this regularly and build on it,…"

Yes, I'm available from 8-10 EST on Friday, which should be 1300-1500 UK time. Does that work for you?

Barry,
I was inspired by your comments in the last session of the conference regarding shifting our focus from training to performance. I whole-heartedly agreed with your statement "We don’t' care how you learn it, just that you can do it.". You mentioned that your organization has turned away from tracking attendance at trainings and gathering hours of attendance for training transcripts and that your supervisors are focusing more on performance. I'm interested in hearing more about how you implemented this vision and how the data is gathered regarding performance. I would like to share this vision with my supervisor.

Thanks for my opening my eyes to a new way of thinking about learning and performance!

Hi Barry, great idea, well the pint anyway! Are you going to the drinks party in the evening?

Do you fancy putting a comment into my groups? I'm sure you would have something to say about assessments or content creation within organisations.

Cheers

Hi Barry - have you ever thought of using the Mac whilst riding the motorbike? The ultimate multimedia experience I'd have thought - although possibly somewhat short!
