We are responsible for organisational development solutions, leadership and management development, performance development in general and other specialist schemes.
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst with a specialism in organisational application (CTA(O)). Transactional Analysis (TA) informs much of my work both in facilitating learning and organisational development.
