I have been working in a Learning and Development role since 2005, ranging from first line support on a new HR Software implementation, development and delivery of solutions in support of our Enterprise Resource Planning system and process to now being involved in strategic decision making in regard to learning technologies for the organisation.
To increase my skillset I am currently studying The Coaching Acadamy's Personal Performance Diploma. As part of the learning I am carrying out coaching sessions with volunteers who are interested in the coaching process and feel that coaching would help them to address some ongoing issues / challenges.
