I have worked in TEFL in both Spain (89-91)and Brazil (92-99). In 2000 I began pioneering work at Cultura Inglesa Online being responsible for the development of online teaching services for English Langauge as well as online computer adaptive tests. I then moved within the company to become Commercial Manager. CIOl became the number 1 player in the B2B market, counting amongst its customers Nestle, Embraer, Ambev, Halliburton, Kodak, CSN, Varig and Nokia. In 2005 I re-located to the UK, managing all operational aspects of e-assessement delivery for Ufi / learndirect, with the main contract being the Life in the UK Test service delivered on behalf of the UK Border Agency. In September 2010 I moved into Ufi's Market strategy team, with particular responsibility for e-Assessment and online retail.
