MSc Survey - Factors Which Enable Knowledge Sharing and the Optimisation of Tacit Resources - Your input is requested!

Hi Everyone – I would like to invite you to complete a web-based questionnaire which should take about 10-15 minutes to complete and supports my IT and Management MSc dissertation. This topic is of great personal interest and I hope you will find the questions pertinent to recent discussions within the Learning and Skills Group community.

To take part in this research you must fulfil the following criteria:

- Work in the UK and be employed in a position with management responsibility within a large telecommunications sector organisation (250+ employees)

- Be employed in either a primarily Learning and Development orientated or Information Technology/Information Systems based Function

This research aims to enhance understanding of how knowledge sharing is perceived and undertaken in organisational practice within the UK telecommunications sector. For  the Learning and Skills Group community, results are envisaged to enhance and inform future practice, impacting areas such as social media policy, learning-style assessments, ratio of formal/informal learning, motivation management, training, recruitment, mentoring, counselling, strategic alignment and succession planning.
