I'm currently looking at continuous performance management software but would like a tool that also has the ability to capture staff's learning logs.

If anyone knows of any that do I would be pleased to hear about them.

Hello, I recently deployed Oracle Fusion Cloud Perfornance Module to several businesses in the C-op group. Whilst it's used to capture goals and formal reviews the user experience was poor and colleagues described it as clunky. I believe that Kallidus have performance software, it may be worth looking at this or connect in with Fossway to see if they have any insights to share.

Hi Fiona, I used to work at Covalent Software - I know their product has a module for staff performance as well as being a complete business performance management software platform.
