Is there anybody that minds reviewing a maturity model based on Induction processes? I am currently working on updating/implementing global processes for onboarding and induction.
Historically we have had a very matrixed and siloed organisation, and processes are inconsistent, with good processes in some locations and business areas. The Maturity Model should serve to provide as a barometer of where current processes are, and where we would like to get to. My request is for anyone who doesn't mind reviewing the model that I have pulled together from various sources, and provide feedback on the 5 stage maturity process and the activities / processes outlined.
Its not a long document, and should perhaps take 5-10mins to read. Depending on how considered the feedback...that should take too long either. A fresh pair of eyes would be good.
