Where is the best place to advertise for Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers?

I have found most of the Magazines (both tree-based and online) tend to be article based (pleased to say) or advertising wares, as opposed to jobs. I assume that there are appropriate  places to advertise for people in our industry, just not sure where that is, so be grateful for any assistance or guidance in finding the right place to advertise, for the right professionals in our sector.

just to avoid any confusion we are looking for someone not me looking for somewhere :-), I am more than happy in my role as Technology Learning Strategy Mgr, and I would hate for my Exec team to get the wrong idea when this info is passed over to HR. That being said thank you for the ideas of where to look I shall pass them on.

I was just going to weigh in with a few groups from LinkedIn, but I see Mark was quick off the, well... mark. Since the (possibly temporary) suspension of e-Learning for Healthcare with the establishment of the new government, there are hordes of IDs in the market. Thanks Karyn, our HR dept is super impressed with the number of helpful response my one question has generated, maybe they'll even think about adopting a technological approach :-) heaven forbid we may even start doing some social networking and sharing knowledge in the company!

Where are you based Ken? With LinkedIn and these sorts of networks you get the 'word of mouth' factor, attracting the sort of people you really want

Hi Dave, we are based in sunny Aberdeen and our principle area of operations is Learning solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. It definitely appears that the dynamics of finding people/jobs has changed alot since I last looked (c 1979, :-| ), but then it is not really been on my radar, too much other technology to think about.
