I have worked in the field of Learning & Development for more than 21 years and still remain passionate about it. I'm constantly re-thinking how effective learning can reach everyone, at the right time and using appropriate tools. Happily, the one-size approach is acknowledged by many to be long gone. I still believe that face-to-face training/coaching will always deliver the best results, however I also acknowledge that this approach can be time consuming as well as resource-hungry and in these leaner times may not be the training/learning approach of choice. I'm in the process of drafting a programme of Webinars to reach more people sooner and cheaper than travelling across continents can ever achieve, whilst still providing group workshops and 1-1 coaching in the European Offices. I've also started providing performance coaching to the London Office.
