Deployment of Blended learning
I'm in charge of the Blended Learning approach in EADS, a wide european company with a cross-cultural mindset.
This is an insteresting challenge and a kind of pilot for the learning industry in Europe.
From the selection of a tool (LMS/LCMS) to the change management around the blended learning approach, we have to deal with lot of things : organizational processes, content guidelines, strategic communication, ...
Our purpose is to "deliver the right training to the right personne at the right place and in the right time". It's ideal, but our people deserve it, don't they ?
