I was inspired by your comments in the last session of the conference regarding shifting our focus from training to performance. I whole-heartedly agreed with your statement "We don’t' care how you learn it, just that you can do it.". You mentioned that your organization has turned away from tracking attendance at trainings and gathering hours of attendance for training transcripts and that your supervisors are focusing more on performance. I'm interested in hearing more about how you implemented this vision and how the data is gathered regarding performance. I would like to share this vision with my supervisor.
