I have built a successful career in the Hospitality industry working for some great brands, which have enabled me to develop strong operational knowledge and an ability to build strong teams. Most recently, I have spent the last 9 years heading up the Operational Training and Development Team of a FTSE 250 Franchise business. I am driven by seeing people develop, ideas coming to life and making a real difference. I am now looking to take on my next challenge at a senior level within a growing company, where I am able to motivate teams to make a noticeable impact to the business. This would be by understanding the business at all levels, influencing standards, demanding compliance, implementing business solutions as required and developing our people.
