Hi Dan, I hope you do not mind me contacting you but based on your extensive experience in the telecommunications sector with O2, I would be most grateful if you would complete a web-based questionnaire which supports my IT and Management MSc dissertation. Please be assured that all responses will be anonymised and aggregated with no single response being attributed to an individual respondent or organisation.
This research aims to enhance understanding of how knowledge sharing is perceived and undertaken in organisational practice within the UK telecommunications sector. Results will illuminate areas of focus for strategic development, aiding the optimisation of knowledge-based resources. As an example, the pertinent knowledge sharing enabling factors identified in this study can be aligned with core human resource and learning and development practices.
If you would be interested in receiving a summarised report of my findings, please specify your preferred contact email address at the end of the questionnaire in the area provided and I will be delighted to share this with you. Equally, if you would be happy to engage in follow-up discussion I am very happy to take part in this.
