I am Jane Hart (previously known as Jane Knight), a Social Media and Learning advisor. I have a long track record of helping business and education understand how new technologies can be used for learning as well as to improve job and business performance and implement them successfully in their organizations.

After working for 14 years as a lecturer in a university, where I was an early evangelist for online learning, in 1997 I set up my learning consultancy practice. Since that time I have worked with many organizations - businesses (large and small) as wellas education - on numerous projects. I have broad and deep experience in all aspects of learning, although I currently focus on helping organisations introduce social media into their learning and performance support initiatives.
