I've had a learning and development role for 10 years, moving over from a technical role into a team for training new technical staff. I then went into product knowledge training for staff across the company. Following that I'm now responsible for Microsoft Office and soft skills training as part of my staff development role. Working on varied staff development training and projects are included in my role.
