I've been involved in training since 1995, running predominently IT courses. I have also been involved on the soft skills side through courses such as induction, coaching skills, train the trainer, customer service etc. Whilst I still enjoy providing training via any medium, I am also now responsible for online learning development. I want this to be relevant & enjoyable for the learners, and to use new methods and collaboration where we can identify a need.
