As a Learning Experience Designer, I earned a reputation as a pro-active, passionate advocate for effective and innovative practices in learning strategies and learning experience design. I always collaborate closely with my clients and I design with both effectivity and efficiency in mind.
Currently, at the Learnovate Centre, I am the learning design lead on a wide variety of projects; core research projects, innovation vouchers and many other external-client facing projects. The instructional or learning design topics also vary widely; from eLearning in Digital Logic to a blended (as in a blend of face to face and a synchronous/asyncronous VLE) community education course.
I can adapt to new environments quickly; I have worked and lived in 4 different countries with a wide variety of clients and learners from a wide variety of backgrounds.
I am highly results-driven; I completed 1 Bachelor’s and 2 Master’s, have increased my English to a professional level in only a couple of months after I moved to the United States, and have consistently delivered projects on-time.
