I am a Training Manager in the Royal Navy with over 10 years experience. I have successfully completed jobs in training delivery, quality assurance, training needs analysis and training design. I am currently in charge of the Type 45 Training Unit based at HMS COLLINGWOOD and am responsible for the development of all engineering training for the Royal Navy's latest ship. Recognized as one of the Navy’s leading e-learning and LCMS specialists, I am currently studying part time towards a MSc in Training Management and Consultancy at Portsmouth University.

I missed your talk at the conference and therefore the chance to catch you. I'd very much like to see the Type 45 Training Unit having been invovled in QA of the TNA's when I worked at RNSETT (as was). Would that be possible? It will be interesting to see how things have changed over the past 6/7 years.
