I have worked in Vodafone Ireland for the last 13 years having held a number of business product, technical support and training roles. My current role is challenging in terms of audience and economic environment however every day I am challenged, energised and have an opportunity to contribute to an effective and winning sales team.
Prior to joining Vodafone, I had 9 years sales experience in the Retail sector. I also hold a degree in Human Resources.

Hi Rosari, I hope you do not mind me contacting you but based on your extensive experience in the telecommunications sector with Vodafone, I would be most grateful if you would complete a web-based questionnaire which supports my IT and Management MSc dissertation.
This research aims to enhance understanding of how knowledge sharing is perceived and undertaken in organisational practice within the UK telecommunications sector. . Results will illuminate areas of focus for strategic development, aiding the optimisation of knowledge-based resources. As an example, the pertinent knowledge sharing enabling factors identified in this study can be aligned with core human resource and learning and development practices.
