I head up the Sales and Account Management teams at The Test Factory, delivering online assessment solutions in over 160 countries each month for clients including Microsoft, HSBC and the OUP.
My team, based in Durham, London and Chicago, are responsible for creating online assessment solutions across employee and learner lifecycles for clients from almost every sector. Each client has different objectives and goals where we can share and learn innovative and creative ways where online testing can be deployed.
Prior to joining The Test Factory, I spent 8 years at Pearson where he managed the Learning Technologies sales team in the UK, enhancing the use of assessment and technology to empower learners and support teaching.
My experience in corporate and education sectors helps to link assessment and learning outcomes, using assessments to create personalised learning paths and increase learning engagement.
