It would be great link up at the conference. I work with Enterprise Ireland's eLearning team - and am particularly interested in understanding some of the challenges faced by public sector organisations in providing effective learning solutions. On the serious games front, I could introduce you to a company who have developed a game helping people to learn Chinese using the Nintendo DS if that would be of interest.
If you want to link up I will be at the talk by Jonny Parkes from the Irish Learning Alliance (ILA) [The ILA ELITE Platform - integrating social networking in an e-learning world. Exhbition Seminar - Wednesday 28th January 2009, 13:15 - 13:45 - Seminar Theatre 4]. It is a really exciting industry led project that has had several million € of support from the Irish Government.
