- I have be working for Learning & Development for the past 4 years mainly in software training and some other instructor-led training sessions such as Introduction to Project Management. In 2008 I started a masters degree in Technology and Learning and currently write my thesis on user acceptance and technology adoption of virtual worlds in corporate education. I am very interested in desiging elearning solutions or strategies using the right technology for the right topic.
