As a learning consultant I work with customers and a variety of learning professionals to create training courses that help the customer's employees work with new processes, software etc. The skills that I have developed during this work range from the analytical skills required to decide the requirement and estimate costs, to the creativity and problem solving skills needed to produce attractive and effective training materials.
