I like your ideas. I would love if you could qualify why you would remove the LMS? (or is it a case of if I have to ask I will never know - joke)
FYI: My mother didn’t want a mobile phone until she figured out how it could fit into her life and help her do stuff. When she took the time to use it in a way which proved itself to her she really reaped the benefits. I think my mother’s expectations were too high at the start and she didn’t understand the technology.
I am looking at alternatives to an LMS so I would appreciate if you would answer my question.
