I am an accountant that now works with the systems team in the finance part of Invensys. I am involved in developing the system and end user support, including all their training on the Group Consolidation finance system. I am currently looking at incorporating simulation based training to the existing lecture training, to try and provide a more blended training experience.

Ok. well I can't really comment on what is "normal" in terms of pricing at it varies widely depending on what you are using. Using Audio through you PC is probably going to be cheaper, but your learners will need headsets, although MP3 player headsets are fine in they don't want to talk (ie use chat instead.) Alternatively you could try using Skype for the Audio which might be a cheaper phone cost?
