Learning and Development Lead (Virtual Learning)

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust
About me:
Hi, I am the Virtual Learning Lead for the Trust. My role involves developing technology enhanced learning methods. I am currently working on a learning project – developing a blended learning platform.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity it gives me to lead such a large multi-sited organisation into the world of learning technologies; whist focusing on the pedagogy and not the technology.

In addition to my current skills, I am a qualified Trainer, Project Manager and a certified Diversity Facilitator.

I see myself as a ‘Learning Architect'- designing learning solutions for personal development and also for subject matter experts. I love learning and have once been referred to as a ‘professional learner’.
