originally in project management, I moved into organisational development and then L&D, in which I have been working for the past 10 years. My experience includes implementing Cornerstone on Demand integrated learning and performance suite globally, developing blended solutions, rapid e-learning development (using Atlantic Link), developing and delivering training programmes including management development and soft skills, facilitation of team events and consultancy. I work for a business process outsourcing organisation and so provide these L&D services to external customers both in the UK and globally.
