I have worked in Learning and Development for the past 11 years and have had experience in delivering training, designing training and managing change projects. For the past 6 years I have worked with e-Learning and other technologies. This currently involves managing a team of designers, managing the LMS and looking for any new technology that will enhance the Learning & Development Team as a whole.
