I'm the resident performance coach, although we all have a coaching skills, I bring the advanced level skills into the mix.
In my previous life as social worker and subsequently supervisory/manager roles i had a specialist interest in client centred services and delivering service quality. However i became increasing frustrated with the way organisations everywhere I worked seemed to make it harder for employees to feel valued and to deliver a great quality service to the detriment of clients.
Hence my rising interest in coaching a number of years ago. Since then I've supplied a range of life coaching, performance and business coaching across sectors with great results.
With an increasing passion and expertise that stems back into my previous life as social worker and supervisory manager for coaching employees around the notion of the customer focused journey.
