I manage the IT training for Napp in the UK including a sales force and am now starting to look at IT training in our European offices. So far I have brought IT training in-house; implemented ECDL for our employees, becoming an Approved Centre, and introduced e-Learning. I am currently involved in designing training for a Windows 7/ Office 2007 project in Europe. My other big project is within the IT department itself where we are implementing an ITSM system using ITIL principles. The challenge here is not about the new software but in looking at our processes and managing the 'mind' change that we all need to go through!
