- After 8 years at Telefonica O2 UK, I have recently joined Purple Media as their Senior Account Manager looking after key accounts. My current role involves working with the production teams and creative director to bring complex products and propositions to life.

I started working in the SME/Corporate training team before moving into the Design team within the Retail Sales area. Primary role to design and manage the design of the elearning that was delivered to the retail advisors.

Hi Louise, I hope you do not mind me contacting you but based on your extensive previous experience in the telecommunications sector with O2, I would be most grateful if you would complete a web-based questionnaire which supports my IT and Management MSc dissertation. This research aims to enhance understanding of how knowledge sharing is perceived and undertaken in organisational practice within the UK telecommunications sector. Results will illuminate areas of focus for strategic development, aiding the optimisation of knowledge-based resources. As an example, the pertinent knowledge sharing enabling factors identified in this study can be aligned with core human resource and learning and development practices.
