I have been a Trainer with STL Technologies Ltd since April 2006. In that time, I have passed my Prince2 Foundation exam and will be consolidating that with achieving Practitioner status in the very near future.
Prior to that, I have worked in training and coaching roles with Zurich Financial Services, a global Insurance and Financial institution.
I am an Institute Certified Training Practitioner (ICTP) with the Institute of IT Trainers and have a TAP Certificate in Training Delivery Skills.
Within the next 12 months, I intend to successfully complete further TAP Certificates so that I may achieve a TAP Diploma in Blended Learning. I will also be undertaking ITIL Accreditation.
In January 2009 I became a Training Consultant. Whilst continuing to provide both instructor led training and eLearning, my role now involves more consultancy and needs analysis work.
I train on all levels, from 1 to 1 up to large classrooms, within private & public sectors. I currently deliver training to staff within Her Majesty's Court Service & the Ministry of Justice as well as delivery of internal training within STL.
I also write and update training materials that are used in the aforementioned environments.
Furthermore, I have started developing e-Learning material using the Adobe suite of e-Learning products including, Captivate, Acrobat and Connect.
