In my job role, I have moved on from being a hands-on trainer (only get to dip in now and again) to facilitating training. This means that I identify a training requirement, find a suitable training resource, trainer,venue and set-up a timetable. However, the nature of the organisation is that deadlines/go live days often have slippage and the timetable has to be constantly amended. My other main responsibility (newly acquired) is to develope e-Learning materials and promote their usage.
