Moving from a career in the music industry into the entertainment and telecoms sector, Mike has specialised in management & leadership development and now heads up the Learning Technology team for Virgin Media. Mike has a proven track record of delivering key Learning, Performance and Talent change programmes within Virgin Media. Recognised by the elearning industry in 2012, the Virgin Media Learning Technology team scooped the Gold award for the ‘best use of synchronous elearning’ at the prestigious Elearning Age awards. Innovative and strategic in his thinking - underpinned by a mantra of simplicity and pragmatism, he's currently managing the deployment of a number of key technology inspired learning, performance and talent led projects across the biggest Virgin company on the planet.
