Mike Baker
Mike Baker is responsible for client success in Northern Europe with Cornerstone OnDemand. Mike leads a team of product and technical consultants as well as managing Cornerstones Client Success programme, which provides HR practitioners to Cornerstone’s clients to help optimize their talent management processes. Mike maintains a strong, hands-on, client focus throughout to ensure Cornerstone clients are successful. His background is in software Professional services and client success with experience of managing EMEA wide teams and was previously the client Services Director with Webtrends; a cloud based digital, social and mobile analytics business. His keen interest and experience in SaaS, service delivery and the digital space has allowed him to embrace unified talent management in the digital world and help develop strategic plans to support business growth for Cornerstone clients.
When he is not working Mike enjoys family time or cheering on Australia in sports. If he is very lucky he manages to find some time to do a spot of fly-fishing.
