I think for my organisation it will be changing to a learning culture!

We have carried out a full project for transformation with a lot of new ideas/opportunities for 2013, but many of them rely on our workforce 'pulling' training/learning. The mindset at the moment is very much that learning/training must drop into their laps and be spoon-fed to them.

There may be trouble ahead!

Sometimes trouble can be a good thing - especially when you're trying to transform an organisation.

Hopefully in 2013 your business will realise that learning is like breathing - it's the responsibility of the individual to do it well.
