Here is the announcement of the ASTD conference in early May in Denver.

The ASTD 2012 International Conference & Exposition, offers the largest global platform for training and development professionals from more than 80 countries. Global issues and global perspectives will be shared by speakers from around the world. This is THE place for global sharing and networking!

I visited the conference in 2010, great and very usefull. This year I'll deliver a session so if you decide to go please let me know to meet you there.
