Hi. I work in a globally dispersed organisation and the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) I rely upon to help me generate learning content for our internal courses are spread all around the globe with other busy day jobs. When they volunteer to help put together content for learning this is usually co-ordinated via email and WebEx. What experience do others have of managing this e.g. gathering audio and video content for use in elearning courses? Shared experiences and advice would be welcome - espeically on the technological practicalities for recording and sharing audio and video files.
