LMS governance

Hi,

I'm looking for advice on how to implement governance for an LMS we are on the verge of delivering. It is more an understanding of some governance principles and ways to enforce it without it being authoritarian.

I want to give some solid thought around a governance model.

I'd love to hear your suggestions or feedback as to how your organization has embedded governance around maintaining and supporting your LMS.
