Hi there, I am at the early stages of building a business case to recruit an interim / PT Totara Administrator/Developer to maximise the potential of our LMS. What web boards / places are good to find out the salaries and role profiles for such positions?
You could start with some job websites such as jobs.ac.uk and cv-library.co.uk, there are many others. You'll have to do a fairly generic search to begin with but it may help to see a wider cross-section of VLE support, developers and administrators. Then I'd suggest contacting other organisations who has recruited for a similar role and this forum is as good a place as any. You could also try some of the training professionals groups on LinkedIn.
I currently perform this type of role for one of my clients, that might not be what you're looking for but I'm happy to tell you more if would help.
All the best
See below a full time vacancy I came across early this year. The salary offered is SGD 7500 PCM (GBP 45000 annual)+benefit.
I hope this helps.
